Based on our most current review of the emerging regulatory
environment surrounding various forms of Internet-based skill
games we have enabled Entertainment Only mode so that you may
participate in the game experience without any prize awards.

To determine your geographical location we use the following
criteria, as is made available to us.

	IP Address. Each time you register or logon and at various
	intervals during an online session at this Arcade Planet powered

any state not listed above as an Ineligible State) and would
like to participate, please update your account information to
indicate properly that you are playing from an Eligible State.

	1. Go to My Account to confirm that your Billing and Shipping
	information does not indicate that you are playing from an
	Ineligible State. Please note that we will validate your Billing
	Address with your credit card issuer upon the purchase of game
	credits and will not ship any merchandise or cash prizes to an
	Ineligible State.
